We know life isn’t always straight forward, so if you are experiencing difficulties paying your rent, please let us know as soon as you can. We are here to help.

The rent for your home, including any service charges, is due on the first day of every month if you have a monthly tenancy, or on the first Monday of every week if you have a weekly tenancy. If you do not keep your rent payments up to date, you could lose your home.

Paying your rent

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to keep up to date with your rent and can offer you a range of ways you can pay, depending on which is most convenient for you.

Whichever method you chose, you will always need to quote your Tenancy Sequence Number (TSN) (5 digits) or Agreement reference number (11 Digits).

If you don’t know these details, please contact us by calling 0808 169 9301.
