The rent for your home, including any service charges, is due on the first day of every month if you have a monthly tenancy, or on the first Monday of every week if you have a weekly tenancy. If you do not keep your rent payments up to date, you could lose your home.

Direct Debit is one of the simplest ways to pay your rent. It is easy to set up, it's more convenient and gives you greater control over your money.
Pay over the phone
You can pay your rent over the phone by using our automated service or speak to one of our Customer Service Advisors.
Use a Paypoint card
Using a PayPoint Card – you can pay at any shop displaying the PayPoint sign. Please get in touch if you would like to do this and we will arrange for a PayPoint card to be sent to you.
